1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all persons who access, register, or use any service provided by pk198 through the website pk198.net or any associated mobile interface (collectively, the "Platform"). By completing the registration process or by accessing any part of the pk198 Platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.2 These Terms should be read alongside the pk198 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into and form part of this agreement by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other pk198 policy document, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

2. 1 To be eligible to register and maintain an account on pk198, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for your personal use;
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee of pk198 or any of its affiliated entities;
• You have not previously been excluded from pk198 or had an account closed for breach of these Terms;
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

2.2 pk198 is required to verify the age and identity of all Members. Upon registration, and at any point thereafter, pk198 may request documentation to confirm your identity, age, address, and source of funds. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe will result in suspension of your account until verification is complete.

2.3 Any Member who is found to have registered whilst under the age of 21 will have their account immediately and permanently closed. All deposits made during the period of underage use will be refunded to the original payment method. Any winnings accumulated during that period will be voided and forfeited in full.

2.4 pk198 operates a strict policy of refusing service to any individual whose use of the Platform may be restricted by applicable law. It is the sole responsibility of each Member to determine whether their use of the Platform is lawful in their personal jurisdiction before registering.

3. Account Registration & KYC

3.1 Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) account on the pk198 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

3.2 When registering an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of all account information at all times. pk198 accepts no liability for losses resulting from inaccurate information provided at registration.

3.1 Know Your Customer (KYC) Requirements

pk198 operates a robust KYC programme in compliance with international anti-money laundering standards. All Members are required to successfully complete KYC verification. The following documents may be requested:

• Proof of Identity: Valid CNIC, passport, or government-issued photo ID;
• Proof of Address: Recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence (dated within 3 months);
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or confirmation of the JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank account used for deposits;
• Source of Funds Declaration: May be required for high-volume accounts as part of enhanced due diligence.

3.3 Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. pk198 reserves the right to withhold funds pending satisfactory completion of verification procedures.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 pk198 supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, Visa/Mastercard, and 1LINK. All transactions are processed in PKR unless otherwise specified.

4.2 All funds deposited into your pk198 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — i.e., deposits made from a payment account belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of your account pending investigation.

Deposit Conditions

• Minimum deposit amounts may apply and will be displayed at the time of transaction;
• Deposits are credited to your pk198 account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider;
• pk198 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges;

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified and previously used for deposits on the same account;

In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that promotion only.

5.2 Bonuses are awarded at the sole discretion of pk198. pk198 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal is permitted;
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps applicable to each bonus will be stated in the individual promotion terms;
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted;
• pk198 reserves the right to void any bonus and confiscate associated winnings if it determines that a Member has attempted to abuse, manipulate, or exploit a promotional offer;

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.2 Once a bet or wager has been confirmed and accepted by the pk198 system, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the Member except where explicitly provided for in the applicable game or sport rules.

6.3 pk198 reserves the right to void any bet or wager where:

• It was placed using funds obtained through fraudulent, dishonest, or unlawful means;
• A technical error, software malfunction, or data feed error affected the pricing, availability, or settlement of the market;
• The outcome of the event was already known at the time the bet was placed (commonly referred to as "past-posting");
• The bet was placed in connection with any form of match-fixing, corruption, or irregular betting patterns reported by relevant sports integrity bodies;
• The bet was placed in violation of any term contained within these Terms or applicable game rules.

6.4 All casino game outcomes on pk198 are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology. RNG integrity is verified by independent third-party testing laboratories. pk198 does not manipulate game outcomes.

6.5 pk198 reserves the right to set betting limits — including minimum stake, maximum stake, maximum payout, and maximum liability — at its absolute discretion, at the account level or at the market level, at any time.

7. Prohibited Conduct

7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk198 Platform. Engaging in any of the activities below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds as appropriate:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in creating a duplicate account;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any stage of KYC verification;
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games, or exploit platform functionality;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain — any winnings resulting from such exploitation will be void;

• Attempting to place bets on behalf of another individual, organisation, or syndicate;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards pk198 staff or other Members;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is expressly prohibited by local law, while misrepresenting your location through the use of VPN, proxy, or similar technology.

8. Responsible Gaming

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill;

• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials;
• Losses resulting from reliance on information displayed on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or game information that may contain errors;
• Losses resulting from delays or failures in third-party payment systems including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or any banking service.

10.2 The pk198 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pk198 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform.

10.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit pk198's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by pk198's negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 pk198 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other applicable pk198 policy;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or any other form of financial crime;
• Discovery that the Member is under 21 years of age;
• Account inactivity (accounts with zero activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to an administrative fee or closure procedure);
• A request for self-exclusion submitted by the Member;
• A legal obligation requiring pk198 to restrict or close the account.

11.2 Members may request the voluntary closure of their account at any time by contacting pk198 support. Upon closure, any verified, non-bonus funds remaining in the account will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method, subject to completion of all applicable KYC and fraud screening procedures.

11.3 In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, pk198 reserves the right to retain any funds in the account as part of the remedial action for the breach.

12. Privacy & Data

12.1 pk198 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Amendments to These Terms

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which pk198 holds its international gaming authorisation.

14.2 In the event of any dispute between a Member and pk198, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through pk198's internal complaints procedure. 14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure within a reasonable timeframe, the Member may refer the matter to the applicable independent dispute resolution service designated by pk198's international gaming authority.

14.4 Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief through a competent court where the circumstances require it.
